Apple Innovates with Swift Programming Tutorials

As WWDC 2024 gets closer, Apple has launched a new web page with tutorials for developers who are taking their first steps with Xcode, Swift and SwiftUI. These guides are a perfect introduction for anyone starting to build an app, showing how to install Xcode and start their first project in Swift.

Apple’s head of developer tools marketing, Tim Sneath, announced a new set of instructions aimed at students who are starting to program with Swift and SwiftUI. Apple says the tutorials are accessible to everyone, even people with no prior programming experience.

The content is organised into different chapters, including data modelling and two chapters dedicated to building apps for visionOS. Those interested can access the new “Develop in Swift” tutorials through the Apple Developer portal.
