I bought my first Macintosh in 2002, a PowerBook that had a cpu by IBM know as PowerPC. I fell in love with Apple because my boss at the time where i worked bought a Macbook Pro and i was fascinated by the OSX.
I rushed to fill it with design and productivity apps, etc. The app I used the most was QuickSilver, which is now known as Spotlight originated there. The popular and useful app was later bought by Apple and integrated into the operating system. In 2002, I started a website that generated 4 million views per month in Portugal and Brazil. Many Portuguese people scattered across Europe and South America visited my site, and that’s when I fell in love with PHP, HTML, and CSS.
Shortly after, I got my first job as a programmer at a Portuguese search portal, and the rest is history.
