Apple releases update for macOS Sonoma with text overlap bug fix

The day before yesterday, Apple released a minor update to the macOS Sonoma operating system, which came out in September last year. macOS Sonoma 14.3.1 arrived a few weeks after macOS Sonoma 14.3.

You can download the 14.3.1 update for free on any compatible Mac through the Software Update section in System Settings in macOS Sonoma. The update released the day before yesterday fixes an annoying bug in macOS Sonoma that could randomly replace text while you typed. The issue affected web pages and apps such as Mail and Messages. Several Sonoma versions had this bug, which remained for months.
